Fitness: Kneeling Side Reaches, 10 reps on each side
In a side-kneeling position, reach your top arm over your body and extend your top leg out and away from your body. On the start of your exhale, slowly round your spine, drawing your top elbow and knee towards each other (they do not have to touch: the goal is to round your back). Inhale to lengthen back out. Do 10 reps; then switch sides.

Superfood of the Day: Berries
Berries are a great source of Vitamin C, potassium, fiber, and folic acid -- and they provide amazing benefits, such as protecting cells from damage. Use berries as an oatmeal or a cereal topper, in a berry smoothie or a Greek yogurt parfait.
Meditation: Meditate with Your Hands on Belly
Recommended: Use BellyBuds paired with Journey into Pregnancy, Guided Explorations Into the 3rd Trimester by WavHello.
Sit down in a crossed-leg position or sit on the edge of a chair with your feet on the floor; then meditate. Simply close your eyes and breathe for 5, 10 or 15 minutes at a time. Place your hands on your belly and feel the rise and fall of your stomach. You may even notice that as you breathe, your little one will either become calm with you or move more as he or she feels your connection and touch. During this time, it’s also great to use BellyBuds to support you in relaxing and connecting.

Fitness: 30-Minute Walk
Recommended: Use BellyBuds Paired with Mozart for Mother and Child album for Pregnancy by WavHello.
Taking a walk out in nature brings a calm, loving energy to your system. You and your baby will feel it. Look at the flowers, smell the air, and feel the breeze. When you awaken your senses, your body comes alive and rejuvenation occurs. Walking for just 30 minutes during your pregnancy will help keep your heart strong and muscles toned.
Beauty: Prevent Varicose Veins
To prevent varicose veins, take a Vitamin C supplement or eat foods rich in Vitamin C, such as an orange or a grapefruit.
